“I dealt with Cathy Izzard who communicated well with me from the outset and kept me posted as we went along. She even chased things for me or got clarification. She was also clear up front about the fees stated which were very reasonable. I would use John Charcoal again.”

“Excellent service, good advice on mortgage products, but more importantly for me removed all the hassle and paperwork of dealing with mortgage company. Made it really simple, and were very responsive (and in our case pro-active at chasing when needed). Well worth the money.”

“We worked with Tom Allen at John Charcoal and cannot recommend him highly enough. We had a terrible experience with another broker and desperately needed a quick turnaround for fear of losing our potential flat. Tom was not only efficient in every way imaginable, he was also friendly, considerate, understanding, forceful (when required), professional and intelligent. He got us a considerably better mortgage than others being offered by our previous broker, and got it all done and dusted very quickly and easily. It was not only us whom he impressed; our solicitor rated him as easily the best broker she had worked with. Thank you so much Tom and John Charcoal for all your hard work.
