“A very friendly and professional service throughout. I always felt that there was a ‘personal’ approach and excellent attention to detail. Happy to, and indeed already have, recommended Stephen Brown and John Charcol to a friend. JC will be my port of call with any future mortgage requirements. Dealing with a broker was so much easier than trawling around high street providers, and ended up with a better deal and less hassle. JC offered good value for money.”
