“Steven prior went way beyond what I would have expected to sort out some very poor customer servive from Santander's conveyancing company LMS / QCAS. Up to that point the service from Charcol and Santander had been excellent. Without his intervention I think I'd still be waiting.”

“I was a little skeptical about dealing through a broker. So, I researched the market, found my best 3 products and gained agreements in principle. I then asked Kiran at John Charcol if she could do better and she did. Kiran was thoroughly professional, and responsive. In addition she appeared to have an excellent understanding of the quirks of different lenders and had developed obvious long term relationships with key lenders. I will return in 5 years and have already recommended her to friends and colleagues. Thank you.”
