“From the first contact to the last, both Amy Welbourn Davies and Megan Betts were excellent. My application was pretty tricky due to work location, salary paid in $ and a few other reasons, but nothing was to much trouble for Amy in particular. Everything was explained thoroughly with all documents kept handy in the portal. Would have NO hesistation in recommending John Charcol to any future applicant Cant thank them enough for assisitng me in getting the application i desperately needed”

“Randeep and Amanda from John Charcol made the whole process seem effortless. Randeep initially had a long conversation with me regarding our circumstances and what we were ideally looking for. A few days later, he had found the best mortgage that suited our needs with very competitive rates. We were working towards a tight deadline to complete the property purchase and Randeep and Amanda both made it happen, including chasing up lenders and even my solicitors to make it happen. I would definitely use John Charcol and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage.”

“Nicholas Morrey helped arrange our remortgage allowing us to compare the deals available on the open market before choosing to stick with our existing lender through a product transfer. Throughout the process Nick clearly explained the pros and cons of the 2, 3 and 5 year fixed deals available to us while also advising us on the wider context of the current mortgage market. I would thoroughly recommend Nick and John Charcol to anyone at the end of their fixed mortgage deal who is looking to remortgage, either by switching or sticking with their existing lender, to save money - 5 Star / A+ Service”

“What a pleasure to deal with John Charcol team! Our mortgage advisor has found us best possible mortgage taking into account our needs and expectations. He processed our application very quickly and helped us out to go through the process swiftly. We were pleasently surprised with the level of commitment to our case. We were assigned a case handler who was chasing our solicitor and kept us in the loop on regular basis. Excellent communication, commitment and knowledge of the process - we are grateful for the invaluable help during the whole house purchase process! Definitely recommend!”

“John Charcoal provided an excellent service. As I work in the banking industry and my husband is a GP our situation wasn't simple plus we were simultaneously buying a property and making our existing one a buy to let. We also had only a 4 week exchange period which was supported by the excellent service our brokers provided. One week into discussion our advisor Aaron had left, however his assistant Megan Betts was absolutely amazing. Her response rate was quick, she was a pleasure to deal with and both the estate agent and lawyer were very complimentary about her service. In fact you could not even tell that she was an assistant as she had so much substance about her and where she was uncertain was honest and open. Thank you Megan and we will definitely be using you again in the future.”

“I've had other brokers before but I can definitely say Nahid has been the best. He gave me a great deal of help every step of the way, nothing was too much, Nahid always took my calls, or called me back quickly if I needed a question answered. He also helped me when trying to appeal a mortgage valuation, going onto google street view to compare properties locations, to make sure I had the best case possible, he really went above and beyond. I was supported by him throughout the whole process and he always gave me a straight answer to questions which is hard to come these days. I felt a hundred percent confident he knew what he was doing and really valued his judgement and opinion. It was nice to find someone who is so good at their job. Chantelle was also fantastic in dealing with a property remortgage and property purchase. She kept in constant contact and was often answering questions before I even thought to answer them. Chantelle kept on the cases of all parties involved with the purchase right through to completion and kept things moving. I don't believe the property purchase would have got through to completion without Chantelle and Nahid. Myself and my sister have bought four other properties but this fifth one was definitely the hardest and without the expert advice and hard work of Nahid and Chantelle, would not have happened. I will definitely be returning to John Charcol to help me purchase future properties and I hope that Nahid and Chantelle will still be with your company, as I will be asking for them to deal with my case. Nahid and Chantelle are real assets to your team. A huge thank you to them.”
