“I cannot praise Cathy Izzard at John Charcol highly enough. She expedited our requirements very quickly, was easy to work with and very clear and straightforward in her management of our remortgage. Any teething problems were dealt with quickly and with a minimum of fuss. Truly exceptional service and a pleasure to do business with !”

“When we were turned down by a main bank because we have children! I contacted chris Moore as my neighbour had dealt with him and said he was good. Well it was true, quick to get things going and kept us updated as to what was needed and what was going on. Re-Mortgage approved and going through now. Quick, easy, professional and will recommend to friends and family to deal with. Thank you to Chris Moore for sorting our extension out!”

“I cannot praise Chris Moore partner of John Charcol enough. Knowledgeable and helpful. Sorted our mortgage to buy our new home and was able to switch things when we had a bad survey on a first target property. The service has been excellent and worth the fee.”

“Chris Moore has assisted us with purchasing our current house, remortgaging it and arranging a buy-to-let mortgage all within the space of 12 months. Being self-employed we had previously struggled with mortgage applications but Chris has been first class from the moment we met with him. He has helped secure our future and would happily recommend him and John Charcoal to anyone who needs assistance with their mortgage.”

“Hassle free but it was only a remortgage. Perhaps the text advising on the progress should state what is missing. Other than that it was very easy to deal with.”

“I have used these guys twice - once when obtaining my first mortgage and once for a remortgage. Steve, who I have dealt with both times, could not be more friendly and knowledgable, he really makes sure that you are comfortable and clear about what is happening (and of course as a broker he is able to secure much MUCH better rates than us mere mortals). I have recommended them to many many friends, a couple of whom are currently hunting for their first house with a mortgage offer obtained for them by Steve! I would also like to mention the care and attention shown by the admin/processing staff - I was looked after by Chantelle who spent a huge amount of time and energy chasing outstanding information, solving problems and providing regular updates and assurances. In summary I absolutely cannot recommend these guys enough.”

“Throughout the process I have been very impressed with the speed and efficiency of Simply Finance. Being a Financial Adviser myself and a former mortgage underwriter I know how these things can take time. I originally applied to NatWest who were inefficient to say the least. I cannot believe how quickly you have dealt with everything for me for my 2 BTL applications. Everyone has been really helpful, keeping me informed by email and text all the way. I would have no hesitation in recommending you in the future. Thank you!”
