“For the first time in my dealings with your company l have had to chase for an update only to find out that the new lender had not received some of the documents that were sent in one email from myself to Steve Blinman, this delayed the process by 1 week and caused an over payment to my old mortgage lender an entire month which l now have to wait for 2-3 weeks l will be out of pocket, by £926. Completion date 22/4 and the mortgage payment to the old mortgatge lender sent 20/4.Not very happy.”

Hi Sharon We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the completion of your mortgage application, we appreciate you have used us many times which makes this even more disappointing. The documents you emailed Steve were forwarded on to your lender, but we were informed their scanning team had missed some pages. You will get a refund from the lender for nearly all of the £926, without wanting to pass the buck the issue with the lender not scanning your document caused the delay. We hope you will continue to use us in the future and thank you for the feedback.

“from the very first contact I felt that they understood that I was unsure what steps to take with regards my pension but they explained everything in a way that I was able to understand and therefore make a decision that I new was right for me. there was no pressure just plain honest assistance from day 1. I would have no hesitation in recommending Simply Wealth to any body in the same position I was.”

“Ben Thorpe was very helpful right through the process . Very professional and always kept me informed as each phase was progressed. As to the advice wether it was a good financial decision we will have to wait and see as its to early for comment . Thanks Ben Steve Hawen”

“Throughout my property buying process I dealt with Sarah, who organised a mortgage for me. Throughout she was always friendly, proactive and had the perfect advice to give, no matter how stupid my question! I couldn't recommend her enough. Much the same can also be said for Lisa who helped the process along smoothly and Kiran who was very helpful when it came to insurance matters.”

“Firstly I was dealing with Ashley Reed, his service was excellent and then Lisa was dealing with me. “I had the pleasure of completing my 'Fixed Term Annuity' with Steve. Simply Wealth and Steve took good service to a whole new level. I was constantly updated on progress once we had chosen the right product for me, and the completion of the transfer from one provider to the new product and provider was amazingly fast. Steve tolerated my phone calls and emails with urgency and patience I could not recommend Steve and Simply Wealth any higher a ‘First Class Company with First Class Financial Advisers'.”
