“This year John Charcol took over from Simply finances-The company I used for my first re mortgage. Both companies have been friendly and helpful in the three years I have known them and for both mortgages. “To be honest, when I started my search and advice for a re-mortgage I had not heard of John Charcol. I contacted them through IFA recommendation. What seemed a very tricky situation to un pick became very easy and they removed much of the stress which I was feeling (wife about to give birth to twins!). Special thanks to Megan Betts who not only did a great job for us but did it in a very personable and empathetic way. Its Friday @ 15.41, have a great weekend....we will!”
