“Celeste our mortgage advisor was 1st class from start to end. She found us the best deal and assisted us in securing life cover as well as other insurance policies that we are very happy with. Helen was our mortgage processor and cant compliment her highly enough, she was informative and played a key role in getting the funds in 24 hours allowing us to exchange and complete on the same day. We are so grateful for this, as we met the deadline for submitting our daughters school application (just). Thank you very much, we would definitely recommend all involved to anybody looking for a mortgage.”

“I had recently reached the age of 65 and was able to take my private pension. With new laws coming in April 2015, the whole process seemed very daunting, the were unbelievable amounts of press coverage and advice on what you options were. Eventually after reading and searching for our bet options, we decided on Simply Finance. I cannot begin to describe how fantastic they were, after an initial phone call an appointment was made for a face to face meeting. The advisors name was Steve, he was friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. Steve asked us questions gave us impartial advice told us the low risks and high risk investments. Never once did he influence us one way or the other. After we made our decision the process was very straight forward, Again my wife and I cannot express how fantastic our advisor and Simply Finance were. I would recommend them without hesitation and we will certainly use them again for further advice with any financial matters,”

“Really friendly staff and they helped my family get a mortgage when others would not help us. Yes, we may be in a high interest mortgage but what Simply have done is help us get back on the property ladder after having financial issues after a 'builders from hell' problem that nearly left us bankrupt, having to sell our family home after getting onto debt. But now we have a fresh start and we would like to thank personally Alison Etherington and Helen Butler.”
