“End result was good in that I believe a competitive deal was brokered. Initial point of contact was excellent thereafter things wenrt downhill rapidly. As is the custom you clearly invest heavily in recruiting the best people in your salesforce. It is equally clear that once you have secured the customer the service that follows is decidedly second rate.”

“Simply Finance have assisted me with 2 re-mortgages. I am self employed which tends to make borrowing more complicated. I can honestly say I couldn't believe how efficient they have been and would unreservedly recommend them. I dealt with Mike who took a personal interest in making it work for us. In conclusion, it is good to find a company who are as good as they say they are.”

“I literally cannot praise the company enough- I felt like I was running out of options for getting a mortgage and they came to the rescue. The staff were so helpful and friendly and kept me updated every stage of the way. A great big thanks to your amazing team!”

“What was a potentially torturous and time-consuming procedure (application for a re-mortgage) actually transformed into a speedy and effortless one. Simply Finance were as good as their word and, before any other financial provider had even got close to an offer, Simply Finance was first past the post, formal offer made, completion and funds available immediately. Happy days!”

“This company after helping me tremendously several years ago has SERIOUSLY let me down since. I had to, not only complain about them, but also take my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman for, what I felt, to be an unprofessional and unsympathetic mis selling of one of their products at a time when I desperately needed their advice. They have managed to destroy, not only my life but my trust and confidence in ever dealing with someone over the phone EVER again. I would NEVER deal with them OR recommend them to anyone else !! If you want to be sent in the right direction for what you are looking for when in financial difficulty, please DON'T contact Simply Finance !!”

“I'd already paid for a broker before using Simply Finance so was quite sceptical as that hadn't gone well. However I found Simply Finance very reassuring and not pushy. The whole thing was so smooth and they even collected my paperwork from work. The sales guy was excellent but the girl ( I won't name her) selling landlord insurance was way too pushy.”

“The friendly staff made what was a tense time of losing 3 house purchases, less stressful. They went far beyond the extra mile in helping us to obtain the best mortgage. They were always on the end of the phone and quick in answering email enquiries and we cannot praise them enough for their guidance, professionalism and service. Well done Simply Finance !!!”
