“I was abroad at the time of my enquiry regarding a re-mortgage of one of my properties, and did an on line introduction, then I was telephoned, and found the whole process straight forward, and all the staff were friendly, and helpful with the whole process, resulting in a very satisfactory outcome for me. “Sergio Constantatos went above the call of duty in my opinion. Out of all the mortgage consultants I have dealt with he was (by far) the most knowledgeable, proactive and creative problem-solver I've encountered in a purchase thwart with obstacles. I truly believe we wouldn't have the house we do today if it wasn't for him...see you in another 3-4 years!!”

“sarita varma was a great negotiator and a lovely person aswell. She made us relaxed and obtained for us a mortgage deal we never would have managed to get ourselves. she was totally professional throughout the experience and we would recommend her to anybody.ten out of ten.”

“I used them to arrange a mortgage on a holiday let. I'm actually a finance professional so could have easily done it myself, but decided I'd rather pay John Charcol as I needed to save the time. Thus I guess you could say I would be a pretty critical reviewer (and I rarely do reviews). John Charcol did what they said they'd do, explained the options on offer, kept me fully informed throughout the process, allocated a great account handler (Georgina) and just did a fantastic job! They were all highly professional and the money I spent having them sort it all out for me was well spent. I'd recommend them unreservedly.”
