“Everyone at John Charcol was extremely helpful and had fantastic customer service skills. In particular Alex Chambers was outstanding at supporting me find the right products for my needs and nothing was too much trouble. He was easily contactable and very professional. I felt that he went the extra mile to help and support my needs. He is a credit to your company. Also Chantelle Parker sent me regular updates and Farai was also helpful. Alex Chambers was able to sort my mortgage and then also help me organise life insurance and landlord insurance as well which takes away a lot of the hassle that I would have had if I had done it all separately. I am more than happy with the service I have had and would not hesitate to use John Charcol again and I would also highly recommend them to others. Thank you.”

“Our re-mortgage started with Matt Gibson contacting us, after I had gone onto the internet to look for a new mortgage lender. We advised Matt what we needed, a re-mortgage as our current mortgage lender could not give us a product to suit our needs, which was a very small amount over a very short time. Matt listened to exactly what we wanted and within the week advised us that he had found a lender that ticked all the boxes of what we needed and terms to suit us. He kept in contact with us with a regular update of progress. Very professional in his work and would definitely recommend John Charcol, mortgage experts.”
