Hassle free but it was only a remortgage. Perhaps the text advising on the progress should state what is missing. Other than that it was very easy to deal with.

I have used these guys twice - once when obtaining my first mortgage and once for a remortgage. Steve, who I have dealt with both times, could not be more friendly and knowledgable, he really makes sure that you are comfortable and clear about what is happening (and of course as a broker he is able to secure much MUCH better rates than us mere mortals). I have recommended them to many many friends, a couple of whom are currently hunting for their first house with a mortgage offer obtained for them by Steve! I would also like to mention the care and attention shown by the admin/processing staff - I was looked after by Chantelle who spent a huge amount of time and energy chasing outstanding information, solving problems and providing regular updates and assurances. In summary I absolutely cannot recommend these guys enough.

very helpful and understanding mine was a very stressful case as ex husband tried to make me loose my morgage offer. Hannah Simm and her colleagues worked hard to ensure my transfere was sucessful.

Throughout the process I have been very impressed with the speed and efficiency of Simply Finance. Being a Financial Adviser myself and a former mortgage underwriter I know how these things can take time. I originally applied to NatWest who were inefficient to say the least. I cannot believe how quickly you have dealt with everything for me for my 2 BTL applications. Everyone has been really helpful, keeping me informed by email and text all the way. I would have no hesitation in recommending you in the future. Thank you!

Hi, well we nearly alway deal with Sarah Crampton Barden and she has been exemplary during the years we have been associated with your company. I am a retired financial advisor and we do make here work hard, due in part to the pitfalls we know exist, we ask many of the difficult questions some might not. So 100% for Sarah

The loan company were too pedantic and use very cumbersome methods. However, the SF ladies Rachael and Emily were first rate. I would and indeed will, use SF again

I found SF to be very straight forward and easy to work with, when one lender didnt work out, Dave Cornford was quick to find a replacement and we moved swiftly though a remortgage. Helen Butler was the progressor and she kept us up to speed with Gordons lawyers who were also very efficient.

I think a bit more professional headed brokers are required, they carry the brand name and represent the company . If issues occur with the broker the customer are entitled to feedback to the company Simply Finance not the outsourced freelance broker themselves. I feel that Simply Finance need to take ownership on customer queries.

Whilst we appreciate your help with obtaining the mortgage I am frankly shocked that e mails regarding the mortgage where both my husbands and I would be responsible for the debt were only sent to my husband. There was only one e mail that I was copied in. My husband sent me this review our service - not yourselves!! Frankly it is oppressive to women and I'm somewhat shocked you did not e mail me also regarding the fact the mortgage went through!! You are women, you should know better and frankly I'm offended.

We're sorry you feel that way, however we don't feel your comments are justified. Our system can only store 1 email address for case updates, many of which are automated to ensure the fastest communication. The email entered is selected by the customer, not ourselves.
