“Sarita Varma was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable when researching mortgage products that best fit my budget and profile. Went the extra mile to find a suitable and affordable product for me (second mortgage) and agent couldn't have been more helpful in taking me through the application process. “Our income and circumstances were not straight forward. Riza and earlier on Michael helped us through. Riza kept us well informed throughout the process and worked none stop chasing up solicitors etc. I have never really wrote reviews before but this warrants a strong recommendation for John Charcoal from Catherine and I. “This was made so easy - after several months of visiting my bank and appointments with the mortgage advisor, which led to no business, I went online to request details from a mortgage broker. Sarah emailed to say she would call me the very next day and it all went smoothly from there. We were kept up to date with emails checking that we had received documents for completion and full communication over the phone when required. We are now satisfied with a new buy to let mortgage deal that has been completed on the date we requested. We would have no hesitation in recommending John Chacoal to our friends and family. Please pass on our thanks to the professional team of Sarah Crampton-Barden, Tom Clifford and Rebecca Grisdale for making this such a smooth transition for us.”
