“Penny Mather - original consultant. - managed to get my mortgage finalised in 3 weeks. - offered me a product that no other company had even mentioned is possible. - extremely proactive and responsive. - kept me updated throughout the whole process. - she actually CARED about my issue and ensured it became OUR issue. Amy Welbourn-Davies and Megan Betts: - Megan took over my case after Penny left. Megan has been extremely good. From Day one she contacted me, whenever I hadnt been in touch or replied to an email she was straight back to me a week later. She reminded me constantly of what I need to do and when. She was assertive, on the ball and caring. - When it came to extending my mortgage, both of these individuals ensured I got my offer done in time to complete on my property (it was a tight turnaround). - What i actually appreciated was the constant communication and CARE. They kept me in the loop throughout and ensured my property would complete on time. I could trsut Megan to liaise with my solicitor and Barratts on my behalf without my involvement. - The service from John Charcol has been superb. I will definitely be recommending you as a firm and more so will be singing the praises of the individuals above. Thank you very much.”
