“This is an outstanding firm. You work in a complex area and are prepared to work with the customer through their various needs to find a solution that works best for the customer. The professionalism and efficiency are again outstanding. As a customer you are kept up to date at all stages of the process. I have complete faith the the integrity of the firm because of my dealings with the employees. This is the second time I have worked with Dave Cormford as my adviser and I would reiterate that on both times I found the knowledge, customer care and professionalism to be of the highest standard. Thank you.”

It was frustrating for us to hear about the service issues you’d faced with the lender and solicitors during your remortgage. As per our recent email conversation you said you were happy with how we fulfilled our role as mortgage broker for you but if you have anything further that needs addressing please come back to us.

“Lost 3 properties on the way to our final purchase. They were great at chasing solicitors for progress reports. Very quick to make the adjustments needed to the mortgage. Very friendly and helpful.”

“I was given a named person who worked with me throughout the process In addition he (Matt) had an assistant Hayley who was available at all times Matt and Hayley kept me informed at every step of the process They were warm, helpful but above all, knowledgeable and professional My situation was not straightforward but Matt was reassuring and in the event they achieved a successful outcome for me I am now in a position where I can enjoy my future with my finances secure without compromising the equity in my home. hats off to John Charcol”

“John Charcoal were proactive in tracking the end of the fixed period of my existing mortgage and reminded me that I needed to explore other options. the sales person was very friendly, informed and most helpful in researching what I, the customer, was looking for in the process of "re-mortgaging". she came back to me with the possible options exactly when she promised to and explained clearly what the various pros and cons were of each option from MY perspective. excellent service.”

“Sarah and Helen were very helpful. Sarah sorted the initial mortgage decision and cut through a great deal of the unknowns to secure a good deal. Helen was similarly very helpful and kept me informed as to the progress throughout. They were always available to chat to when I had questions and made the process simple and easy to understand.”
