“Helpful, courteous and friendly staff, feedback at each stage of the process. I appreciated the suggestion to roll two mortgages into one by redeeming one mortgage and in doing so incurring just one arrangement fee. The lenders application requirements due to the 'new' lending rules was a pain but with the help of Simply Finance we successfully worked through that frustration. Well done and thanks to Hayley and the rest of the team at Simply Finance.”

“First class service worth the fee. Steve got me quotes very quickly, facilitated the process smoothly and was always available to answer queries. Once I applied the Principality Team were first rate too. I'm sure I may have been able to get a 0.3% lower rate if I had invested a huge amount of effort (but maybe not), but life's too short at my age!”

“From the initial meeting to conclusion, we were treated with respect and were kept fully informed of the process. For people who tend to have hidden their heads in the sand regarding financial matters, it was a pleasure to know that non-judgemental help was at hand, things would be explained simply and above all no unnecessary stress. “Although apprehensive initially, when I googled Simply Finance for my Re-Mortgage, the immediate response I got was quite reassuring and welcoming without pressure. From the start I found the staff quite knowledgeable, quick and patient and also competent. Right throughout the long process all staff seemed to kept informed and were able to deal with my case and keep me informed right through to the end.
