“I was referred by a friend and I am glad I decided to go ahead with my mortgage needs with Dipak Shirsat from John Charcol. Dipak helped us secure a new mortgage on a property and re-mortgage our current home, the whole process took nearly 6 months. The professional attitude he had and his level of patience is simply unbelievable. He worked on our case as if it was his own mortgage, gave suggestions at every key stage of the mortgage, made us understand between choices, answered all questions patiently, never once sighed or rushed us in to the process. He is a gem, very smart, a lovely human being and an asset to John Charcol, understanding the customer needs/situation and helping them in securing their home is not an easy thing. I highly recommend Dipak to anyone, if you are in a complex mortgage situation and still want to get the job done perfectly, reach out to him. He will work his magic ! “My personal situation - foreign income and being over 70 - meant that it was extremely difficult to find a mortgage. However John Charcol rose to the challenge and found at least 2 providers within the space of 48 hours. Not only that but they also found Life insurance to cover the mortgage. I cannot thank them enough. They are highly recommended!”

“This is the first time I have requested service from John Charcol for my property re-mortgaging, and it has been a wonderful journey with Mr. Dipak Shirsat. From the first moment he picked up my initial phone call, I knew he was the person who could resolve my complex situation. He is incredibly intelligent and remembers every small detail of my case. I felt like he was always on the same journey with me, navigating through all the challenges. He was always there, listening and understanding my issues, and actively seeking solutions. Dipak showed great passion for his work and empathy towards me. He is undoubtedly one of the top professionals in the country. Despite being busy with other customers, he was always responsive and punctual whenever I contacted him. My case took more than two and a half months to reach the desired outcome, demonstrating his remarkable perseverance. I cannot imagine how anyone else could have helped me as effectively, and I am immensely grateful for his assistance. His exceptional service far exceeded the associated fees.”

“My partner and I were due to remortgage this year; Athavan from John Charcoal advised us every step of the way, he made the whole experience much less stressful with his fast replies and friendly nature, and even managed to save us £280/month! “Chris and Sam were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. All phone calls and emails exchanged were professional but personable and as a first time buyer they both made me feel comfortable asking any questions I had throughout the process. I personally had a very unique situation having worked as a seafarer for 10 years and had previously had challenges finding someone to understand my circumstances. However, Chris ensured the process was seamless and easy. I enjoyed my phone exchanges with Samm and felt like I was talking to a friend. I would highly recommend John Charcol and look forward to work with them again for future purchases.”

“To put it concisely, we got everything we wanted, and with great service. Randeep managed my expectations appropriately, under-promised and over-delivered, was available at any time of day for any dumb or random question, with the end result being that I got the mortgage and house I wanted, with most of the stress associated with buying outsourced to him.”

“Oliver guided and helped my partner and I to purchase our first property. We could not be happier with his service. We had a few poor experiences with other mortgage advisors before coming across Oliver. Oliver was incredibly swift to respond to any queries that we had, and kept us fully up to date throughout the process. He was also quick to arrange a mortgage offer extension, due to delays with certain aspects of the contract. Overall, Oliver was with us every step of the way and never let us down. I would totally recommend his services to anyone looking to purchase a property.”
