“I used Paul's services via John Charcol to remortgage my main home - I found paul to be very efficient and knowledgeable in finding me the right lender that suited my requirements; thus the remortgage application process was very smooth. Paul was at all times very professional during the remortgage process - keeping me informed and updated at all times. I have already recommended Paul to friends and family and would not hesitate to use his services again.”

“Never use this company. We were completely misadvised, verbally instructed to pay for a survey that was not required. We were then told that the advisor was 'no longer with the compny' and John Charcoal took no responsibilty for the incorrect advice nor compensated us for cost of survey as no written proof could be provided.”

“Fantastic service from Josh and David. David was super helpful helping me review my current life insurance and finding me a more suitable quote. We really helped me to understand the process and did all the work for me! Thanks David. Josh has been a superstar helping us fix our mortgage rate, his communication has been exceptional throughout.
