“Went with John Charcol for my original mortgage and now my re-mortgage process. They are really helpful throughout the entire process right up until completion, not only for finding the best deals. Particularly impressed with the service of Sarita Varma and Fiona Allan. Highly recommended and worth the fee.”

“The service I received throughout trying to organise 2 mortgages was dreadful! Having used John Charcol 2 years ago I was really happy with the help and service I received. This time has put me off using them ever again I am sad to say! When your account manager leaves and doesn't tell you is never a good start!”

“Having purchased two mortgages I found the staff at John Charcol to be very thorough in their assessments together with their expertise in mortgages and insurance. I was impressed by the quality of their work and their friendliness brought ease to the many conversations I had with them. Their communication over the phone and by email was top quality. The experienced staff working on mortgage applications seemed effortless. Even when the banks were not making good decisions staff at John Charcol provided confidence based on their assessments that the applications will get approved. Today I'm able to sing their praises on what they have achieved for me. Excellent work.”

“Hailey at John Charcol was a fantastic support throughout my whole evaluation process of mortgages, through to completion. Being an expat living in Asia, as a first time buyer, for buy-to-let, it was a tall order for Hailey! He was very clear in his explanations and extremely patient with me. Throughout the process he was always very easy to get hold of and great in explaining the good and bad news. Even when he was on personal leave, he was contactable and happy to help. He is very professional, but also helps to put a reality check on things when required. I would definitely recommend him to my peers!”
