“Sergio and Kayleigh were a huge help to me during a difficult period of time arranging a transfer of equity for my house. They made a stressful time that little bit easier and ensured at had the right product for my needs. Excellent communication and went out of their way to ensure things went smoothly.”

“The John Charcol team have been excellent in helping us arrange our remortgage. Carley was able to find us a great Offset deal and Kayleigh kept us updated during the whole process. Hayley and Matthew were also able to help us secure a cheaper Life Insurance policy. Overall, top marks!”

“Michael Williams helped me remortgage for the first real time. He answered all of my many many silly questions and talked me through the whole process. he gave me a few options and was flexible whilst I made my decisions. he responded promptly on email and phone calls and helped me whilst I often thought allowed over the phone.”

“Customer service from all the John Charcol team has been fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. In particular Sarah Teff was outstanding. As first-time buyers we were quite nervous and had numerous questions but Sarah went above and beyond to help us every step of the way and make sure we were comfortable and understood everything. We were also offered a free concierge service which is excellent and were also able to purchase Life Insurance. John Charcol have made buying a property easier and less stressful, thank you!”

“Fiona and Jessica both worked tirelessly to sort out a remortgage issue where both sides (Scottish Widows, Optima Legal) pointed blame fingers after a document they needed to exchange went missing, or was never sent properly. Eventually sorted via diligence and hold-music, I'm glad I chose John Charcol and will likely do so again next time.”

“Carley was amazing dealing with us and helping to resolve any issues we had. She went above and beyond to help us while keeping us informed and being generally lovely!! I feel she did everything she possibly could to get us everything we wanted. Then Kayleigh helped us further along the mortgage process and was equally brilliant! I couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Thank you so much from 2 very proud first time homeowners.”

“My first experience with John Charcol this year turned out well. I brought a portfolio of mortgages to them that I wanted to review and improve and to take out a mortgage on another to release capital for my business. From the start, Tim Cobb at Charcol’s lead me through the process admirably, despite us coming up against some hurdles along the way, I am pleased with the outcome so far.
