“The whole team at John Charcol are fantastic! Scott arranged our mortgage and his expertise really shone through as we discussed a number of options and chose the most appropriate together. He then chased the lender for quick turnaround times and kept us informed at every stage. Molly and her team then made sure the transaction process ran smoothly and acted as an intermediary to try and and make sure that all parties were always kept informed of current progress Daniel then arranged our life and critical insurance and re designed our policies to maximise the amount of cover we now have for less of a monthly premium than we were expecting to pay. Tim was also always on hand for help and advice and we always felt supported even during holiday season when members of the team were off. Thanks all, you all played your part in getting this transaction over the line”

“A truly fantastic service from start to finish!!! A special mention for Randeep Sodhi who held my hand through a fairly lengthy process due to the circumstances of my house purchase. A really brilliantly professional chap and he made it all possible. Thoroughly recommended!”

“A big thank you to Hailey Kow, Hayley Sydes and Tiara for helping us buy our dream home in Spain. We were not an easy case due to unconventional properties, self employment etc but we got there in the end.
