“Andrew Tuck and Katie Paterson at John Charcol did a fantastic job in arranging my remortgage. It was a far from simple transaction, involving a transfer of title and simultaneous lease extension. It was a very stressful situation but having Andrew and Katie in my corner was hugely reassuring. They were diligent in keeping everything on track and co-ordinating with the mortgage provider and various legal teams. I have no hesitation in recommending John Charcol.”

“It was a pleasure working with Jo Irwin at John Charcol to find the most suitable mortgage for our first home. She was super helpful and gave us so much useful advice - not sure what we would have done without her. Jo kept us updated every step of the way and got things done quickly on her side. Not to forget she got us a great deal on our mortgage. Moving is stressful, and Jo made the mortgage part seem simple. Thanks to Jo and the team for all your help! “I found the experience of dealing with Steve Molina and Hayley Sydes an extremely productive and pleasant experience. Both were extremely accessible and I have to say patient, empathetic, willing to put time in to keep the process fully explained and moving. They answered questions fully and honestly and were very quick to respond to queries. A wholly positive experience and I would recommend anyone to use their services. Thanks.”

“I can not fault this team at all. Amazing is an understatement. Hayley Sydes was fantastic. Anytime I was worried about timing or certain details she always reassured me and kept me up to date with regular emails and phone calls and was always on the case when it mattered chasing. Katy swift then took over in her absence and I was worried thinking maybe she does not know what’s happpened or gone on but Katy did her checks and went through the whole case so she knew what was going on and picked up right where is left off and again was amazing at making sure everything went through smoothly and kept me completely up to date. Amazing and thorough team”

“As ever, Sener Topal dealt with our renewal task extremely efficiently, taking any burden of administrative stress away from us and continually communicating on each step throughout. Lorraine and I are always very confident that Sener will take the 'heavy lift' of this task from us each time there's a need for an annual review and alike and this recent activity was no different. We go forward rest assured that any future Mortgage finances and alike will be administered by Sener in our best interests each time.”
