“I called John Charcol after I had almost given up finding the right mortgage for my circumstances. However they delivered the goods and found and excellent deal as well as offering the best advice. I was really impressed at every stage.”

“I did the full phone call to remortgage (nearly an hour), emailed all the paperwork, emailed after a month to ask what's happening....no response. Seems I have completely wasted my time with JC. Pointless.”
