“Had a great experience with Charcol. Managed to source a super competitive rate but as importantly, the standard of care throughout was consistently high. Accessible, proactive and friendly. While they charge a fee it was more than paid for by the rate I got and the overall customer experience. No hesitation in recommending.”

“Absolutely incredible service by Kiran and her team. We were originally using another mortgage advisor company and thankfully we switched to Kiran, she supplied us with the most exceptional service you could ask for. Kiran understood the stress of buying a house and took the time to understand our personal situation. I felt Kiran genuinely cared and was communicative at all times - she definitely went the extra mile. I am so sincerely grateful for Kiran’s service and if anyone has the opportunity to deal with her, you can be assured she will do her very best to get the best possible outcome. Although there is a charge for their services, this is minor compared to the service they provide. My family and I are so appreciative of Kiran and her team and thank her so much for her time and efforts. I have no concerns about recommending this company.”

“Great Service, would highly recommend. Having recently used Charlotte Adams at John Charcol for my mortgage, they were the only broker who took all information at the first call and went away to get the best product for me. Keeping me updated all along the way, even out of hours or from home! Very happy and impressed and will definitely be using when it comes to my remortgage date”
