“Excellent! whilst I initially thought the costs were quite high compared to other mortgage brokers it was definately worth it and actually turned out to be very good value for money. Penny Mathers and Talwasa Mosakhel kept us well informed throughout, pulled strings when needed and liased with all parties involved in order to provide a very professional and efficient service.”

“We applied for our mortgage through John Charcol. I am free lance and finding a mortgage has always been challenging. This time it was the smoothest process we have experienced. Entirely due to Tim Cobb and Tom Clifford's work. Their efficiency, straight talking, and hard work made the process totally painless. With in a day we had an agreement in principle from a lender and a few weeks later the mortgage was approved, meaning that we could purchase the property we wanted. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending John Charcol to any one who wants an efficient, communicative and fast service. Totally worth the finders fee.”

“Both my initial mortgage advisor (Manny) and Client relations manger (Tom) dealt with my remortgage quickly and efficiently. I was kept informed every step of the way and they both checked that I was happy and understood the various stages of my application.”

“Eric Appollodorus was extremely professional and knowledgeable with my complex remortgage and mortgage requirements. I spoke to a few other brokers which could not get the best rates and meet my requirements. Eric was able to first successfully source me the cheapest BTL mortgage rate for my Flat which allowed me to utilise additional borrowing and then sourced the cheapest mortgage for my residential home. Eric was always on hand on call for advice and his expert opinion. I would without hesitation recommenced John Charcols mortgage expertise. Fantastic service from start to finish.”
