“My experience with John Charcol has been excellent. I work in Saudi Arabia, therefore, purchasing a UK property came with some complications, my broker Sarah Teff was able to guide me through the whole process and offered sound advice. I had added complications due to 2 purchases falling through, Sarah and my Client Relationship Manager- Katy Swift provided support and advice and kept in contact with me all through the process, my 3rd choice of house was a successful purchase. The level of customer care and support from Sarah & Katy went above and beyond anything I expected and have experienced. I had a very positive experience obtaining a mortgage through John Charcol, which while working overseas is not always easy. I would definitely recommend using this company.”

“You could search and apply for mortgages directly with the various providers. However, I would use J Charcol again in future. They did find the one mortgage company that met our needs and helped make the process easier by communicated really well along the way, at every stage. They nicely prompted when documents needed signing, returning, copying etc. and updated me regularly. So although you pay for their service I think it is a fair price to pay for a smoother and less stressful mortgage application process. Thank you.”

“Hailey Kow has been an excellent advisor from start to finish. He has expert knowledge, is keen and helpful. He replies instantly, keeps things moving and makes the process very understandable and stress free. He understood my requirements completely and quickly and smoothly found a mortgage to suit. “Really good advice and support in securing our first mortgage. Randeep was knowledgable and took the time to explain things to us, as well as being available to help us with queries along the process. “The customer experience I received through John Charcol, and more specifically Ajay Waroo was excellent. Due to the complex nature of my mortgage requirements Ajay was quick to understand exactly what needed to be done and used his expertise to really get the best deal for me, and in the process save me paying around £10k in ERC fees. I cannot rate Ajay highly enough, and I felt comfortable knowing that this process was being handled in safe hands, at a time where in my personal life things were not so good. Thank you Ajay, you will be hearing from me in 2 years time! :)”
