“I could not be happier with the service from john charcoal. My advisor, Jessica, was extremely knowledgeable, very understanding of my circumstances and tailored a mortgage perfectly to suit my needs. She also found me a mortgage with one of the top providers, who I did not think I would be able to go through until I went through John Charcol.”

“I have previously used Michael at JC before, and his service was excellent as usual. My application this time was very complex with some difficult hurdles, however Michael still found me a great product and supported me throughout the whole process. I managed to get the mortgage I required and not only was the product competitive but also I was always kept up to date as we progressed. I will definitely using Michael again.”

“Im so impressed by the service I received. Sergio Constantatos found me two great mortgage deals. One of the mortgages was on a property which had been split into two flats but was under one title deed. This had previously been a huge headache, but Sergio sorted it out with no issues. Very impressed. Talwasa Mosakhel and Alison Briggs worked hard, chasing up my solicitor, and the two mortgage providers to push things on as quick as possible and kept me in loop. The whole process was positive and pain free. Thank you”

“Having been impressed by the level of service from Andrew Tuck at John Charcol 5 years ago, when we bought our first home, we returned to him again this year. Again he did a fantastic job, along with colleague Katie. As someone who works a mix of contracted and freelance jobs in the television industry, things have always been a little more complicated for me when finding a mortgage. Andrew, however, always understands the situation and does a great job in communicating with the lenders to get the best offer for us. He succeeded again on this occasion and we can't thank him enough for the hard work. Highly recommend”

“Fast, efficient and excellent service can always be expected from John Charcol. Fantastic customer service, regular reports and updates on the progress of Mortgages and a wide in depth knowledge of the industry also with assists with obtaining competitive quotes from other related business that the customer may need/ benefit from. I have been using them for all my property and personal insurance requirements since 2008 and have recommended their services to friends, family and colleagues on numerous ocassions and will continue to do so in the future. Much of my success of a being a landlord/ investor for many years is very much down to working alongside John Charcol. With great thanks and appreciation, Miss Jahlyn King.”

“Definitely worth the fee. Paula Willock and Alison Briggs were always at the end of the phone and provided clear helpful advice on getting the mortgage through as quickly as possible. If something needed to be chased they were on it immediately. When Alison was away on holiday, Scott picked up and was equally as helpful. Thank you team :)”
