“We have used John Charcol several times since the company was first formed and have always been impressed by their product knowledge and professional client service. Now as pensioners looking for an interest only remortgage the options were very limited. To the rescue once again John Charcol. Sarita Varma used her extensive product knowledge to find us the right product with very good financials. She made the process stress free and handled the whole transaction with the professionalism we have come to expect from Charcol. Katie Paterson supported Sarita and kept us fully informed of progress throughout the process and answered our questions promptly. We believe Charcol provide excellent value for money based on their extensive product knowledge and customer service. We will be using them again. Thanks Sarita and Katie.”

“Very happy with the way in which John Charcol arranged my mortgage. I would have just stayed with my current lender if it were not for the assurances of Harry Limburn that he could get me a better deal with a different lender and he did just that! Both he and Tom Clifford kept me up to date with proceedings so I was never in the position of wondering what stage we were at. Thank you Both!”

“Having used the services of John Charcol before, I didn’t hesitate in contacting them again for my most recent mortgage needs. While there is obviously a broker charge to pay, they’re able to source some great deals and handle the whole process very efficiently for you. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. I will definitely be using their services again, and wholeheartedly recommend them.”

“Excellent service in all aspects of the service offered I have been highly impressed with Tom Clifford who was efficient and professional in dealing with our mortage throughout. He made great communication in responding to our queries immediatley aswell as chasing up our file for regular updates He was easy to talk to and always available when needed. Not once through the process did I feel the need to chase him,He was clear and proactive in the communication and supportive in every step of the process. As a first time buyer this was a stress free process, I will most certainly recommend John charcoal and would like to say a big thankyou I would have no hesitation in recommending John Charcoal to anyone, I'll be using theirservices again for sure! Thank you guys for a pleasurable sale and purchase.”

“Scott and Marina have both been very helpful on progressing a remortgage for me, even though the process had a few complications brought on by surveyors. The regular updates from marina proved very helpful, meaning that I was always fully aware as to what stage the application was at. This is the second time I have used Charcol, and will do again on other mortgages too.”

“Charlotte and Cristian did a great job for us. Charlotte was relentless in finding us a mortgage product which the other two brokers we tried couldn't achieve. Cristian was excellent at getting us to a speedy completion so all in all we are very pleased. Ours was a challenging assignment but John Charcol met this with gusto and went the extra mile to succeed. Thanks guys”
