“Absolutely fantastic. Sarita was a pleasure to deal with – patient, efficient and she managed to get us deals that were way beyond those offered by other brokers. Competitive fees – would definitely recommend and will use them against when our 5 year deals expire.”

“The advise and knowledge of the market was excellent. Steve Brown was very friendly, professional and his work ethic exceptional throughout the process. He was always available and responded to any query very quickly. As self employed, first time buyers he had no easy task but was able to find us a mortgage quickly and at a great rate. As we were working to a tight deadline he really pushed to meet the dates required. Thank you Steve I now have a fabulous new home. I would high recommend John Charcoal and will be back in 5 years for more advise.”

“This is the second time I have used John Charcol to re-mortgage and each time the process has been as smooth as possible. After the initial paperwork had been collated and sent to them they arranged the dissemination of these documents and everything progressed to a very satisfactory conclusion.
