“I had used JC to arrange a Remortgage on my property. From start to finish, I had professional, knowledgeable and courteous team to deal with. The process was explained clearly and user friendly. “Many ,many thanks Absolutely six stars to reflect the service and tenacity required to finalise My two mortgages.Andrew Bennett and Tom Clifford have worked ceaselessly to first find a mortgage rate that I had not thought possible with my age and circumstances and then bring them to completion through the various solicitors involved. “I will definitely recommend John Charcol after completing my first mortgage. My advisors Penny Mathers and Sophia Roach were always there for me if i was unsure about anything. Jake Cousins was my 'initial contact' and he was an ultimate professional and a credit to your company. “I highly recommend John Charcol for arranging a mortgage for expats. The reality is that it's become much more difficult to find a mortgage provider as an expat. John Charcol were extremely diligent and supportive in my case and found the right lender for my circumstances, not an easy task.
