“I can’t praise Scott Baron and Cristian Lupu highly enough. They made the process of both a mortgage and remortgage smooth and painless. Very easy to contact- the lines of communication were always open- and they provided clear explanations as well as smoothing over the bumps created by other parties outside John Charcol. I wholeheartedly recommend them.”

“I have just completed my first mortgage with Razz at John Charcol. Razz tried to find me a very good interest rate in this covid situation that was very difficult to get from lenders. I am sure he has spent more time than usual on my case. Razz followed the process through to completion and kept me updated all the way. I would recommend John Charcol anytime and specially Mr Mohammad Razzak (Razz).”

“Brilliant service, both Charlotte and Becky kept me informed the whole way through the process and even did some chasing of my solicitor who was often unavailable (imagine that)! As a self employed person getting a mortgage is half the battle and they even managed to secure me a fantastic 5 year fixed deal.”

“I have just completed on my remortgage with Sarah Teff and Toni Walker at John Charcol. Sarah managed to find me a great interest rate suited for my circumstances with just 1 years self employment! Toni followed the process through to completion keeping me updated all the way and without causing me any stress. Highly recommend!”

“Amazing. Patrick and Scott have both been amazing. I am a first time buyer and they couldn't have made the process any easier than they did.
