“A big thank you to Harris and Toni at John Charcol. Harris quickly sourced the mortgage and Toni monitored the progress. Toni was on the case and pushed things through with continuous updates. Would highly recommend them both for their extremely efficient service. I now have a completed mortgage.”

“as a returning customer, customer service at john charcoal has always been excellent. I have dealt with Randeep Sodhi on two occasions and he is an outstanding advisor, who will find solutions to any problem, is efficient and incredibly helpful. On this occasion I also interacted with Katie Paterson, who demonstrated the same excellent level of service. I would recommend John Charcol to anyone.”

“Nicole Leng and Holly Grant are excellent employees who are a credit to John Charcoal. They are very professional and don’t stop until the work is done. They have recently completed on 2 remortgage deals and they took all the worry out of it for my husband and I. They continued to keep us updated and explaining along the way where we were and next stages etc.”

“How excellent are this company. Jessica found us a great deal and kept us informed all the way through. Once everything was agreed Tom took over and followed through to completion. It was made very easy and all done in such a friendly professional way as sometimes this can be a scary business. We will be back!”

“Smooth as silk on a batch of mortgages. Make sure you have all the information to hand as lenders are very probing of course these days. Jake F and Tom C were 100% on the ball Excellent products that fitted my very fussy needs exactly and precisely.”

“Discreetly, on the front page of the John Charcol website, is an approval rating of 4.84. Reflecting on that number you realise that very few people have given John Charcol a rating of less than 5! Dealing with the company, in my case with Tiara Hardy and Hayley Sydes, was quite different and far far superior to standard dealings with a modern business. Normally: you are left with the impression that you are merely a means of increasing company profits; that you will work to company policies that probably are not in your favour … and you will commonly contact a different person (and probably receive different advice) each time you talk or email. In marked contrast, I felt that Tiara and Hayley were working with me to deliver an outcome that was good for me. That outcome was delivered with high efficiency because they were always “on it.” Any issues were resolved very quickly through strong communication. This is personal service not impersonal dealings. John Charcol is a model for how modern business should operate.”

“Our advisor at John Charcol, Adam, was fantastic from start to finish. All the information he was sharing was clear and relevant. Any time we had a query, he got back to us in an instant. And, last of all, even when we had completed on our mortgage and John Charcol could do no more, Adam still called us up to congratulate us. If we need mortgage advice in the future we won't hesitate to use John Charcol again.”

“From my very first enquiry all the way through to completion of my house purchase and beyond, my adviser at John Charcol has been superbly helpful. All questions answered clearly and timely. “This is the second time I have used John Charcoal and couldn't fault the service levels, very attentive and prompt with their replies, kept me updated where appropriate, I usually deal with the very knowledgeable and helpful Pravin Varsani but he doesn't deal with second mortgage products so he connected me with Steve Molina and Katy Swift. The service from these 2 was just as high as with Pravin, would definitely recommend this company for your borrowing requirements whatever your circumstances.”

“After a rough start with an independent broker, we did not think it would be possible to obtain a mortgage. However, Steven Prior was so helpful and got us a mortgage within a week! Steve was beyond helpful and made the second half of the transaction a breeze. We were under a tight timeframe as we had lost so much time with the previous broker so we were expecting the seller to re-market the property. Steve managed to pull it out of the bag and we couldn't be more grateful!”
