“I am currently going through the process of trying to secure a mortgage via John Charcol, for a buy to let property. As part of this process I was referred to protection adviser Samm Walker, in order to discuss my financial situation. I was initially sceptical about being pressured into purchasing products that I didn’t need but Samm was brilliant. There was no pressure from her to purchase any additional products, although we talked at length about my financial and personal situation and possible different eventualities. Samm was clearly knowledgable and was also personable and really friendly. I left the conversation feeling more confident in my financial decisions and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Samm in the future if I needed any additional assistance. Thank you Samm.”

“Lauren swift and lauren welch where brilliant from start to finish. Always on hand to answer any questions and very helpful. I had 2 previous mortgages with Lloyds buts couldn’t get one this time round lauren managed to get me one with lending the amount I wanted. Very happy thanks again”

“After multiple complications with other party's involved in my case The lady Gk stepped up and made numerous phone calls and sent emails on my behalf. She would call on a daily basis knowing the stress I was having. I would definitely use this company again.”

“John Charcol have been a brilliant mortgage broker, finding me a rate than no-one else did. They are worth the fee compared to supposedly other "free" brokers. In particular both Shaahid Quinn and Scott Hodder were supportive, helpful and very quick to work with.”

“Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the John Charcol team, particularly to Kurt. He has been there from the beginning of our journey in search of a new home, right until the end. Had proven to be really reliable and supportive, and stayed on top of everything. Kept me well informed throughout the whole process. The whole team is a good mortgage advisor. Made the mortgage and house buying journey less daunting, we believe we got the best offer, and in a timely manner and could not be more pleased. Although, it took a little longer than anticipated to complete, (searches with Solicitors etc), Kurt remained very supportive and helped smooth things over. Did not give up. We would not hesitate recommending this company to friends and family and look forward to working with Kurt, John Charcol and team, in any future mortgage and housing endeavours.”

“As a first time buyer, I had no idea what to expect with the mortgage process and had many questions which Chantelle Parker was happy to answer in simpler terms and made sure I understood what was happening. Santander came back with a few different questions and needed more information on 3 occasions and I was very anxious about the whole process but Chantelle did a brilliant job of reassuring me and keeping me updated at every stage. She made a very stressful time as stress-free as possible. Would 100% use again in the future and would recommend to others too.”

“Nick and Emily assisted me with getting a commercial mortgage and provided an incredible service. They were patient with all my questions and were always available to update me on the process. It was not an easy application and they really added value throughout with the lender. I can not thank them enough for everything they did and the result they achieved.
