John Charcol were professional and provided a good overall service, my Mortgage Adviser went the extra mile to deliver, was friendly and dedicated. My Client Relationship Manager was again friendly however lacked the speed I would have expected to push through the mortgage, but that is the only area of improvement that I would like to see, overall I was pleased with the service provided.
