We used John Charcol as our mortgage broker for a recent purchase of our new residential home. Our broker David Pudney was was extremely helpful start to finish. He was always on hand to answer any questions and very prompt with his replies. He made us feel very comfortable with the mortgage we chose and gave us some great mortgage deals we could not find ourselves.
