“From start to finish, the team at John Charcol made getting my mortgage as simple, efficient and professional as they could. When my 1st mortgage was declined, within hours the John Charcol team found another lender and the paperwork was submitted by them on my behalf immediately. They did all the work and I got the mortgage I wanted!”

“Fabulous work from a fantastic team of experts. Helped source a very competitive product through a specialist lender, also secured many extra's through the lender such as free valuation and solicitors with my chosen firm, (although the firm were on the panel for the lender) . Promptly dealt with all queries whilst keeping me updated every step of the way. Will certainly recommend to family and friends.”

“Sarita gave us excellent advice on structuring appropriate mortgage arrangements to purchase a second home in London, from a developer. The rates were excellent and were replaced with a reduced rate prior to completion. When our completion plans were going awry due to an oversight by our solicitor, Sarita and her team pulled out all the stops to resolve the problem.”
