“They have contacts that can make difficult mortgages possible. More room for negotiation as opposed to direct applications to banks which can be inflexible.”

“Very proactive and helpful, always pleasant and friendly communications. Use of convenient ways to contact e.g. texts for quick updates, e-mails for more weighty matters. Mostly took the pain out of filling in forms. There were a couple of times where better knowledge of the requirements would have reduced my workload and the overall time taken or where data already gathered could have been used rather than needing to provide it again.”

“Returning to the UK in 2014 after 20 years in Cyprus, and with little capital; my wife (60) and I (86) thought we had no hope of owning our own home again. The article in the Financial Section of The Sunday Times in November 2015, relating to the change of attitude to mortgages for the over 65's, changed our lives. On June 13th 2016, we move into our own bungalow, and without the help, perseverance and sheer determination of our broker, Tom Sandell, this would not be happening. Thank you; our praise could not be higher.”

“I dealt with Matt Gibson in the first instance who was professional and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process, from start to finish. I am rather forgetful/slow with sorting paperwork, he was very patient and personally I would recommend him to anyone and have done to a fellow colleague. I also like that if he said he would do something, you know it would be done. Happy customer :)”
