very helpful and understanding mine was a very stressful case as ex husband tried to make me loose my morgage offer. Hannah Simm and her colleagues worked hard to ensure my transfere was sucessful.

only issue,and maybe trival,but over the weeks to do my remortgage,i had emails from numerous people,where when I used you before,i only had one person to do it from start to finish. thanks again thank you lisa

Communication wasn't the best all the time between the company but the two men who dealt with our mortgage were nice and friendly . took a little longer than expected due to incompetent solicitors !

Hayley Tutton was extremely helpful and provided a very good level of service to me during my remortgage. I had a bad experience with a broker last time I remortgaged my property but Hayley has helped to restore my faith in mortgage brokers. I found the process stressful at times but Hayley's calm manner was much appreciated at these difficult times particularly as the stress was not something that Hayley had any control over.

Very good start to the process, with Sarah being very proactive and commercial in her advice, and then Helen dealing with the process. The reason for not giving 'very good' is that I found the legal services provided by Optima to be appalling - utterly impersonal, very slow and did not pre-empt issues at any stage, leading to at least a week's delay in the process.

I found my advisor extremely helpful and quick to respond. Overall I am pleased with the outcome, although I was disappointed to have been given an initial property value indication which turned out not to be accepted by the surveyor leading to having to alter my application to a different type of mortgage. Having overcome this difficulty though everyone dealing with my case has kept me informed and the whole process has been quite smooth and stress free.

I didn't get enough feedback from the time I saw the advisor to the time the case was handed over to the team (Francesca). I didn't understand why there seemed to be two weeks of hand over period when nothing seems to happen. Once Francesca took over, she did keep me up dated regularly and was helpful.

Hi Jane, thanks for your review, I can see that the turnaround times from the mortgage lender to progress your application were very slow, which isn't uncommon at this moment in time but doesn't help you, I'm pleased Francesca did a good job keeping you informed and pressurising the lender to agree your application as quickly as possible. Thanks for using us and we look forward to helping you again in the future.

Very attentive but could have tried to anticipate all of the material the client needed for the remortgage to improve the speed of the process.

The only problems I encountered was with the lender, your staff were extremely helpful and efficient.

Thanks for not taking the lender issues into account when reviewing us, as they're out of our control. I suppose we wouldn't have a job if the lenders weren't so poor!
