“Excellent service from start to finish. From initial consultation, to getting the offer finalised, Mufazzal Choudhury was great at guiding us through the process and taking the lead on sorting everything out. Would highly recommend Mufazzal/Maz and John Charcol as a mortgage broker. Maz was open to questions at most times of the day fitting us in around our busy schedules. He's been continuously diligent, continuing to provide us revised offers and reduced rates as lenders lower their products.”

“We recently used John Charcol for the second time. This time our broker was Mark Brazier, who was brilliant throughout the whole process. He was really down to earth, which made it easy for me to discuss any concerns I had. He went through a few different options and we worked out what would best suit us. Emma Moores helped progress the purchase and was also fantastic, responding quickly to calls / emails and she couldn't do enough to help. I can't thank either of them enough. Would use again in the future without a doubt.”

“There was no flaw in the service. From start to offer the mortgage process was smooth. As a self employed person this is sometimes difficult but Mufazzal Choudhury took the reins and delivered. From my offer on the property being accepted it was a few days until the final mortgage offer was secured. I barely lifted a finger. Maz was efficient, helpful, gave sage advice and reassuring at those times when you have your fingers crossed. He chased the bank and the underwriters and secured a fantastic mortgage deal. Right time, right cost and right now! I misread the documents and initially thought the cost of service was £99. MY MISTAKE. Although, even after I realised the correct price for the service it is still great value! Use this company, ask for Maz - you will not be disappointed. Cannot praise the service enough. A sincere thank you!”

“Randeep was an absolute star. Patient with our questions, unflappably diligent responding to our mortgage queries in a very prompt and efficient way, as well as putting us at ease throughout the process which was a great help and source of reassurance for us. We were also very pleased with Randeep’s ability and approach in securing the most cost effective fixed rate mortgage of 4.9% before the BoE base rate change to 5.25%. He is a rare asset and John Charcol and its clients are very lucky to have Randeep on their side. He should be rewarded without question.”

“I am a first time buying who needed a bit of a tricky mortgage which I am sure I would not have gotten if it was not for the help of my broker Mohammed Razzak and his sales associate Leigha McShane. Mohammed Razzak was recommended to me and I am very happy to recommend in on. “My sincere gratitude to Dan Watkins. He has done an exceptional job assisting my wife and I through the UK mortgage process. This was a challenging mortgage, and I contacted about 10-15 brokers over the past few months to find the right fit. Dan outperformed all others by far. He was knowledgeable, timely, and communicative. While many other brokers we interacted with would explore only one or two avenues before giving up, Dan was relentless in his pursuit to find the right lender for us. Some even advised us to consider other properties, but Dan's determination and dedication shone through. Even when faced with challenges like desired loan-to-value ratios, neighboring commercial operations, and the unique combination of holiday let, medium-term let, and residential property use, Dan managed to secure a lender with favorable combination of terms. What truly stood out was Dan's commitment to our case even after we had identified a promising lender. He continued to explore additional options and made compelling arguments to lenders on our behalf, despite the likelihood of success being slim.
