“Randeep was our advisor for the second time with our latest move and made the whole process of porting our existing mortgage and requesting additional funds smooth and straightforward. We had various setbacks with our purchase along the way and Randeep was always there to provide patient, sage and supportive advice. “We have been using John Charcol for over 25 years for our buy to let and residential mortgage needs, they have provided excellent services. We have also benefitted from the special discounted rates that they are able to offer for some lenders' normal mortgage products. Over the past 10-15 or so years, our main contact has been Randeep Sodhi. “THANK YOU! Absolutely outstanding service from David R. After being told I couldn't get any where near the required loan amount I needed by another broker, he managed to get me a loan which I never thought was even possible. I also had a unique deposit from an ex partner which not every lender would accept, as well as applying with the DMS scheme, so options were limited. David managed to execute the mortgage perfectly, speaking to lenders and his BDM connections. I'm so grateful for everything he has done for me, I now get to live in my dream home. I couldn't be more thankful. I highly recommend John Charcol & David R. Thank you again.”
