“Paul was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always on hand to explain things clearly. After going through four other brokers with no success, Paul managed to secure me an offer. He’s extremely knowledgeable and supportive, and I couldn’t recommend this mortgage company enough. Thank you.”

“John Charcol really did pull the proverbial rabbit out of the hat for me. While my case was one for the "too difficult" pile with other brokers, Karolina and her team saw no such limitations and set about finding the right mortgage product for me. To unpack this a little, my circumstances were somewhat irregular in that I had recently returned to the UK after living overseas for more than a decade. Karolina took the time to get to know me, understand the nuance of my circumstances and ultimately find a (well known and trusted) lender that was able to meet all my expectations. I consider the fee paid to be worth every penny as without Karolina's expert knowledge and extensive contact book, I would not have been able to purchase a property back in the UK. Karolina was also very good at nudging me long to ensure that I did my bit to ensure that she could do hers - with regular communication and updates that went a long way to build up the trust and confidence that I now hold JC in. Thank you Karoline and your team.”

“We have been using John Charcol for a number of years and we have arranged several Mortgage through them for both Home and BTL Mortgages. I have been working with Ezra LeMon for the last three Mortgages that we have arranged and he as been very professional, insightful and approachable, always willing to help. “Nick Phillips was fantastic, he guided us on what the best products for us might be then once we had decided to proceed he kept in regular contact updating us even when there was nothing to report, which was exactly what we wanted! His colleague, Chantelle Parker also kept in regular contact and nothing was too much for either of them. The whole process was achieved quickly, painlessly and without any undue delay. Thank you to the team at John Charcol and to Nick and Chantelle in particular. We thoroughly recommend them!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend John Charcol highly enough. Rob Gur and her colleague Chantelle turned my case from impossible to possible within just one week.
