“I would like to thank both Steve and Samm for their incredible support with our first house purchase. Steve is a fantastic broker and also exceptionally patient and reassuring! He explained everything to us in great detail and we will definitely be working with him again for our next move. Samm has provided us with excellent support in setting up our life and health insurance! She manages to make a pretty grim topic not seem so scary or intimidating, explaining everything clearly and in a way that made me feel really informed and supported. I couldn’t be happier with the advice she gave and the protection she got for us and will be recommending her to friends and working with her moving forward. Thank you so much to both for everything - house buying is a stressful time but Steve and Samm paid a huge part in taking away much of the stress.”

“THANK YOU! Absolutely outstanding service from David R. After being told I couldn't get any where near the required loan amount I needed by another broker, he managed to get me a loan which I never thought was even possible. I also had a unique deposit from an ex partner which not every lender would accept, as well as applying with the DMS scheme, so options were limited. David managed to execute the mortgage perfectly, speaking to lenders and his BDM connections. I'm so grateful for everything he has done for me, I now get to live in my dream home. I couldn't be more thankful. I highly recommend John Charcol & David R. Thank you again.”
