“I had a great experience working with Edward Coombs as my mortgage adviser. He was really friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming. Edward was always accessible whenever needed whether it was a quick question or a longer chat, he was happy to help. He took the time to explain everything clearly, without complicated acronyms, so I always understood what was happening and what my options were. Overall, Edward made the whole mortgage process smooth and straightforward, and I genuinely felt supported from start to finish. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a helpful, approachable mortgage adviser.”

“Sveta from J Charcol has been an absolute godsend helping me through (at times) a difficult re mortgage. I tried 2 companies before JC and they did nt come close to dealing with JC !! The calibre of staff at JC is exceptional especially Sveta Thanks so much we are very grateful.”

He made the whole process of sorting out our insurance simple and stress-free, explaining everything clearly and making sure we had the right cover in place for our circumstances. “We had the pleasure of working with Daniel Smith as our protection advisor and overall had a good experience, that we would recommend. Great customer service regarding flexibility of meetings, often outside of standard working hours which is most appreciated. Of note, some teething issues around carrying over previous information gathered from previous protection advisors, however, quickly rectified. Overall, good value for money that we would recommend and use again. Thank you for your service!”
