“The technician attending on 5/10/2022 - Barrie Finch - was most courteous, friendly and informative. He went up my ladder to confirm my visual of wasps entering via rooftop cavity. Donned his 'spacesuit' and injected Ficam D. Must have been over 100 angry wasps in a cloud, whereas before maybe 10 to 20 had been in transit. The blighters had obviously been having an inside mass construction. This morning, just a few late returnees, immediately buzzing off. Hope this second visit works. The initial visit on 26/09 was a failure. The technician would not go up the ladder, but injected the inappropriate powder from ground level. The wasps returned two days later and had obviously carried on where they had left off. You should amend your records to show wasps as the problem; the initial diagnosis of bees, as suspected by the operator during phone call for booking, was wrong. Two stars for initial visit; four stars for Barrie. Considering the upfront cost an eye watering £192 - later found a wasp hitman nearby who would charge £60 all inclusive - JG not deserving of five stars. Barrie says to wait 7 days. Report to JG if the blighters return for a third attempt at setting up home. God forbid! The whole ten days been very stressful pour moi. Am 77 and already have sky high BP.”

“Wasps seem to have been killed. But my car was covered with white powder. I suggest you amend your advance info to advise of this possibility. I messaged you to this effect but received no answer. Shortly afterwards we had a wasp nest on the other side of the house but your guarantee emphatically does not cover that. I used the Council for this nest as their charge is half yours and also their guarantee covers the whole house. Your price is very high. But you were able to deal with my problem quickly and over a weekend.”

“They are expensive and wanted to charge again for continued wasp activity because we didn’t report it within 3 weeks. We were away and so it wasn’t possible.”
