Overall it seems the heat treatment for bed bug eradication was effective. The technician who came was very friendly and professional. He came on time and was respectful of my property. The team I spoke to on the phone were also very friendly. However a few days later we had some more bites so after I waited a few days to see if the chemical spray would do the job and still seemed to be getting some bites I called in to ask if I should just wait the full month post chemical spray first. The lady on the phone was much less friendly and wasn't very sympathetic. She said she would send in some bed bug traps but I had to call in again to chase this up a few days later. When this finally arrived there weren't clear instructions as to how to set these up to catch any potential bugs most effectively. They look simple but I think it would be better to provide some simple instructions to make sure I'm doing it correctly because I want to catch the bugs if they're really there. Anyhow I'm still waiting to see if we catch anything and hoping we don't because the chemical spray should sort out the rogue bugs that didn't die.

OK this won't be just about the happiness bit in the question. The cost was greater than I expected but we were pushed for time. The instructions about how long we should leave the house were inconsistent, but we managed and the guy doing the work seemed thorough. The guy in the office didn't pass on our directions so the surveyor got lost. Plus they are way OTT in terms of the amount of e mails sent, probably more energy expended on this than the treatment, I'd say.

First visit was non-effective as the operator only stayed 5 mins, second, stayed a bit longer but non-effective. Finally Visit 3 the operator seemed to be attending to the nest.

They came when they said they would. I asked for 2 visits because the wasps were still active after the first. Since then there have been a handful of wasps still active. The first person to visit announced his arrival, but just left when he'd finished without speaking to me. Overall the service was adequate although not 100% effective.

Wasps seem to have been killed. But my car was covered with white powder. I suggest you amend your advance info to advise of this possibility. I messaged you to this effect but received no answer. Shortly afterwards we had a wasp nest on the other side of the house but your guarantee emphatically does not cover that. I used the Council for this nest as their charge is half yours and also their guarantee covers the whole house. Your price is very high. But you were able to deal with my problem quickly and over a weekend.

Initil visit was 3 hours late and I'd got up early to accommodate you. Horrendous smell lasted for 2 weeks so I had to wear a mask when entering my utility. First spraying was fast and did not completely do the job so you had to come back to respray a coulee of months later. This, you inform me was successful, for which I'm grateful. In other words a successful job but I was in a mess for 4 months having to empty my garden room and garage into other areas of the house. A few whinges above but thanks for doing the job and returning to make sure the bugs were eradicated.

I have had three men come to my bee nest and I still have them the last man did a great job unlike the first two and I thought they were gone but I still have bee's coming and going.

I gave this mark as the first person who came out spread powder in our garage but it certainly did not get rid of our problem bees. We had to telephone for a second visit as the bees had not gone. The second person who came took the bee nest away and we are pleased that he dealt with the problem professionally.

They were very quick to respond but rather expensive for a 5 minute consultation. The bees left on there own in the end with no need for drastic action.

Showed up and did the job, however it was expensive as it was meant to be for honey bees. This turned out to be incorrect plus a cap was to be put on a vent which turned out to be expanding foam. Less than expected

Used before and were excellent. However this time whole experience was not great. They seem disinterested and customer service poor. Won’t be using again.

JPG were quick and efficient when dealing with my mole. Then a month later I was bribed with a temptation of a £10 return in order to give a good review. Even though I did give a good review I never received payment. Must stress though they done a good job.

We were frustrated that it took 4 visits (and 2 charges) to find that we had a wasps nest in the attic and we're still not convinced that the problem has been resolved.

Although the operater who came to the house was very polite he had no intention of going into the loft to access the bees nest. Only whe i made a phone call to head office and he spoke to them did he infact locate the nest.This made the experience uncomfortable.

Arrived on time, did the job but said they couldn't take the bees nest away so it was left to me to deal with. Not too happy about that.
