The day prior to the work I ask a company pest control person to come to my property to make certain the insects in question were bed bugs. There seem to have been a communication problem because when the gentleman arrived and I asked him to identify the insects,he looked surprised and said. “I don’t work for Pest Control”). He bravely have a stab at a few insects names and eventually landed on bud bug. So to the extermination day. Leaving aside the £700 damage,what does the £1020 much vaunted Premier Service get you. Well it got me one young man of tender years at 9:30 in the morning. When I vacated the premises at 10:30 the heat treatment had not as yet started. When I returned at 5:15 pm.the lad had gone. Disappointingly he’s had failed to leave a message regarding the broken window frame. Have the the bed bugs like the young gentleman departed from my home.Sadly they are still trusting their proboscis into my veins at night and sucking out my blood. So not too happy I fired off an email to JG PEST CONTROL,and then another when they didn’t reply,and blow me if they didn’t ignore that one too. It was only after my tale of woe entered the public media that they bothered to get in touch. I am an ancient crone and this frankly has been one of the most dispiriting experiences of my life.”
