“Very efficient. Safely removed bees' nest from garden, and destroyed wasps nest in roof. Came back a second time for the roof as it was difficult to reach. Good job done!”

“Have a problem with mice in our house, after doing some research came across JG Pest Control and felt reassured the problem would be fixed. They charge an extortionate price but at the time we felt that this price would be worth it, however unfortunately this was not the case! The problem has now increased with more mice and no resolution in sight. We have been advised that as the problem has been occurring over 3 months they will not return to our property unless we pay the full total fee again with a discount of £20. DO NOT USE- AVOID!!”

“I would advise against using this company for mice problems - they came out 3 times however did not complete to work they said they would (sealing off the holes). Had to employ another company less than 2 weeks after JG Pest controls final treatment.”

“Payed out £144 for a professional pest controller , what i got was a man with a torch know other gear to find our problem just a torch GIVE THEM A MISS.”

“Paid £1560.00 for your GUARANTEED SAME DAY ERADICATION 4 visits later i solved the problem myself by burning the infected bed we will come out and solve the problem was your constant claim/response READ YOUR GUARANTEE Same day not the next day or the next attempt Do not use this company,if you have a bed bug problem,see my solution and save yourself a lot of money and distress”

“PESTILENTIAL COMPANY; STEER WELL CLEAR!! Highly disreputable dishonest company, bullyboy sharp practices, hell -bent on fleecing people. Do not use them. We made an appointment but the gormless John failed to ring on our doorbell and didn’t bother calling us to say he was outside but just left. Later that day JG slapped us with a 50% cancellation charge of over £200 with threats of prosecution even though it was THEY who messed up the appointment, despite Sebastian in their sales department confirming the same day cancellation fee is £95 and even though we showed them CCTV footage of John standing outside our door, not ringing our bell and then leaving. They deploy a relentless army of motivated money Mercenary, unreasonable, money-grubbing people. We would rather have domestic pests in our home than this malevolent lot.”

“Worst service ever!! We hired them to kill the bedbugs. Even from day one i there was no reduction in bedbugs after treatment. We had to contact them multiple time to arrange for a revist but they did not do anything until the one month time period. and even after waiting for a month they have cancelled the appointment. Such a worst service. The operater told us he did the treatement within 10 min with a mini backpack. We were asked to stand outside but there was no trace of chemicals. Its a Total scam.”

“My experience with JG Pest Control has been awful and has left me worried to request help from companies going forward. Future customers please read - important information regarding service and fees charged. I came home one day to find that there was a large swarm of what appeared to be wasps in a tree in my back garden. I immediately took to google to find a company to come and assess/get rid of the infestation. I found JG Pest Control and called them. The man on the phone was nice but didn’t ask me many questions and advised that I had to pay £150 up front in order for someone to come to my home. I found this strange but was worried about the infestation and needed help, so I paid. I then received numerous e-mails from the company with terms and confirmation of the booking etc. The next day a man came to my house from JG Pest Control. He was in my back garden for less than 5 minutes, stood around 5 meters away from where the infestation was and proceeded to tell me that they weren’t wasps but honey bees and that there was nothing he could do. He advised that they would go away on their own in a few days. He also told me that the man I had spoken to on the phone the day before should have asked me more questions to establish if they were wasps or not and should have known that it wasn’t even wasp season. When the man had left I received several e-mails enclosing documents signed by the man confirming that I had agreed he could sign them on my behalf that he had been and dealt with the situation and that the £150 remained payable for attending. No documents were mentioned or shown to me and I certainly did not approve the signing of the documents on my behalf. I wrote back to JG Pest Control and was horrified to receive very unprofessional responses from the company’s Senior Business Development & Office Manager advising that they were still going to charge me £120 as a survey charge (I was happy to pay a small call out charge but charging me 80% of the cost to deal with the infestation seemed ludacris), referring to the terms and conditions I had been sent after I had already paid and advising the following: “I do not wish to come across abruptly, but we attended your property in good faith to solve a wasp issue, however due to inaccurate information we arrived to find it to be a honey bee issue. If we were advised accurate information at the time of sale I feel we could have avoided this situation.” To describe the employee turning up for less than 5 minutes and staring at a bush as a “survey” is shocking and the ‘survey report’ I received after gave false statements about what the employee had told me. I was also horrified to see the comment regarding inaccurate information. JG Pest Control cannot expect its customers to be insect experts, as that is why we call the company in the first place. The customer service staff should be asking a minimum amount of questions to establish the situation before sending someone out to homes. I write this as a warning to future customers to make you aware of the charges and the implications should JG Pest Control not be able to resolve your issue. I also have a genuine concern about how many other potentially vulnerable people have paid these costs.”

“Beware this scamming company! We called this company to book a clean up after an infestation when we arrived at our rented accommodation. As we have a toddler we wanted a proper clean up as rat feces contains a number of diseases and we weren't confident we had the knowledge to do it ourselves. On calling pestcos (also called a million other names, jg pest control, bedbugs be gone, mice pest control to name a few) they booked an appointment for a 'senior specialist' to come round and clean up using specialist equipment and full ppe. £210 later and a young lad turns up with no equipment, says he doesn't really know what he's meant to be doing and asks if we have a vacuum and some cleaning equipment he can use. He wants to hoover up a lot of rat droppings and urine with the vacuum we use to clean our house? He said he would go and buy a dustpan and brush and 'some cleaning things'. The lad had in his notes that 'he just needed to spray around with disinfectant'. We wouldn't have paid someone 210 pound to do this, no-one would. The lad understood and explained he didn't have the equipment and had only been with the company for a few months. We explained this was not what we had be sold and called to explain over the phone what had happened. So far we've had no refund, have been asked to send emails that haven't been replied to, and have been patronised over the phone, we have called numerous times and the management are never in ot in a meeting. To take £210 from a family is disgusting. By the looks of other reviews we won't recieve any money back from this rogue company. Calling is pointless, you just get patronised by someone on the phone repeatedly telling you 'i can't do anything about it without speaking to management'. We will be taking this further and reporting this place to every regulating body we can, if you've had the same experience I suggest you do the same, they shouldn't be able to operate in this way and take peoples money for nothing, its theft”

“Excellent service...second attempt to remove huge wasps nest from loft...Operative named Miles came out..was smart, efficient and polite...treated everything treatable inside and out....within 3 hours we were down to 6 or so wasps and by next morning they had totally vanished.......Inexpensive, efficient and friendly...Highly recommend them to all.”
