“Initil visit was 3 hours late and I'd got up early to accommodate you. Horrendous smell lasted for 2 weeks so I had to wear a mask when entering my utility. First spraying was fast and did not completely do the job so you had to come back to respray a coulee of months later. This, you inform me was successful, for which I'm grateful. In other words a successful job but I was in a mess for 4 months having to empty my garden room and garage into other areas of the house.
A few whinges above but thanks for doing the job and returning to make sure the bugs were eradicated.”

I Have used twice before and couldn't say enough positive things about them and how amazing they were! BUT a few years later I went right to them when finding mice in my home. I was so confident in them and it was my bigest mistake! 4 months later the poison hasn't worked the infestation has grown and the company have closed my job as they now only give 3 visits!!!!!
if they dont resolve it in 3 visits ita your issue as far as they are concerned
customer service had a bad attitude throughout treatment and had no care for me or my situation once they had my money. hundreds of pounds and guess what I'm left still infested! I have a nice clean home and the problem is obviously from the walls surrounding. I paid pest control to help me resolve it but instead they just laid poison that obviously doesn't work and just left me to deal with it. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have been left gutted and my children terrifid to live or when sleep in our home. Digusted in this company and never thought I would say that”
“Had a bumble bee nest under some paving slabs where a shed was going to go. A man from JG Pest control came. Jumped a little bit on the paving and then sprayed where he could see. He didn't lift the paving slab up (which was loose) because if he did he would have seen another nest. In the end we had to deal with it ourself and eventually dug the nest out. A complete waste of money.”
“We had some flying critters in our loft space you could see them entering from the upstairs window.
JG Pest control visited and sprayed the entrance, this curtailed them for a while, but when checking from the loft they were still flying around, the documentation suggested it could take upto 3 weeks.
We waited but it wasn't improving so we called them back, on this occasion they released a spray (bomb) in the loft which killed all of them we waited another couple of weeks before investigating further and this seems to have sorted it.
I'd recomend them and would use them in the future if needed.”
