“Utterly appalling company! DO NOT USE! From start to finish, our experience with JG Pest Control has been shocking, so poor that in the end we were forced to cancel and go to another company. Despite a series of failures to attend site, leaving us with a dangerous wasp infestation, JG Pest Control still insisted on charging us the full initial call-out fee of £100+VAT! This represents sheer greed and an absolute lack of customer focus!”

“First visit was fine, called them to treat a wasp issue no issues, afterwards. The problem however persisted, more wasps being seen in premises a week later. So called them a 2nd time, their advice was buy a tin of insecticide. Will never use this service ever again.”

“Literally the worst customer service I've experienced ever. It's impossible to ever get hold of anyone by phone or email, when you do they are so rude it's shocking. There's no one to even complain to, they are literally just after the money, save you money and give it to a smaller business who will actually provide a service”

“Speedy and efficient service. Nest in loft was made untenable to wasps. Many wasps flew away, we were advised that the remainder would leave as a swarm after dusk and that is what happened. The following days there were some isolated appearances of one or two wasps. Then no sign at all. All done in less than half a day. Very efficient service, fair price .”

“Expensive, felt pressured to use them and pay from the initial phone call. Later discovered the council would have done the job for a third of the price. After 10 days loads of groggy wasps in the house. Difficult to contact them for a 2nd visit, emails not answered and took ages to get customer services to answer the phone. Told they would not be available for 7 days. They did however send someone in 4 days when I made a fuss. Could do better!”
