“ANT TREATMENT DIDN’T WORK!
I still have multiple ants nests in my lawn.
I have had 3 treatments over the allotted time period. There has been some reduction in activity in some parts of the lawn but the problem is definitely not eradicated & will soon be increasing again if I do nothing. The company emailed me to check if everything was ok & offered me £10 for a positive review. I emailed them back explaining that I was not happy and definitely not in a position to write a positive review. After spending nearly £300 I still have ants. New nests kept popping up in the lawn, and as the company will only come out every 4weeks, the ants just kept increasing day by day, week by week. They reassured me that the bait would still be working, but the proof is in my lawn…millions of ants. The treatment was inconsistent too, One treatment was bait & spray, another treatment was spray only & another was bait only. I have not received a response from the company to my two emails telling them I’m disappointed & I still have ants, despite the fact they told me to get in touch to give them a chance to rectify the situation. This treatment may work elsewhere, or on a less severe infestation and possibly it would work if it was done 1-2 weekly on my lawn. But I’ve spent a lot of money & I still have ants so be careful, don’t get ripped off like me. Good luck 👍”
“Not the easiest of jobs in the confines of a grubby digger cab but, one bee nest was found by JG Pest Control on their visit and left for me to dispose of. The next day the bees were still swarming I found two more nests but removed and disposed of myself.”
“Guaranteed removal of silverfish even though they can’t guarantee this. After payment and numerous staff not showing up they refuse to refund and creatures still here. Making complaint to higher ups. Avoid”
“I rang through and someone came out that afternoon to resolve the issue. I selected J G Pest Control as they have a bee department so I knew they would only treat as last resort if not nest found . The bees were getting in from outside, up in to the Attic and onto my landing. Unfortunately I’m allergic so they had to go. He checked the attic and found no bees nest but 3 dead wasps nests which explains a lot! all gone in next to no time . I have no hesitation in recommending them amd I will use them again . Interestingly they also insulate attics so that will be my next call !”

“Awful. Avoid if you don't want to get utterly ripped off. Website gives all the right reassuring messages but in reality they'll send a toothless halfwit who complains as soon as he arrives that he "can't be arsed and wants to do one so he can go home for his tea". They'll charge you around £120 for the privilege. Terrible service across the board. Literally nothing good to say about them.”
