“I had the treatment that was not guaranteed (I get that) When I called up to discuss the disclaimer in the email as it wasn’t clear and did say that if in the first 30 days there was an issue they would come back out … I was met with rude team members explaining the reasons it didn’t work was because of a list of things I was not advised at the time that would help prevent the bugs or help the extermination!
Anyway they did nothing at all! Just make sure you hehe why they advise in writing I would say”

“I needed a dead squirrel removed from my log burner. I was able to get someone to come out in only a few hours and they dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. They were very polite and provided something to help remove the terrible smell.
