One person came around and said "we can't do anything because they are in the walls", but we were still changed for it.”

“No Effective at all. I have paid £180 for nothing.
I have ordered the service to remove bumblebee which i have in the ceiling in the bestiom and ask to relocating them. The men came and said that they do not relocating bumble bee just honeybee .
They decide to kill bumble bee as there were No choice. The men sprayed the nest and told me that they will be dead. After 8 days the activity of the bee were the same . The men came again sprayed and said that should be done. That doesnt resolve the problem because the bees are still there and I have the problem.
Very disappointed.”
