“I can understand during COVID you were short of staff and had to close your phone lines but I did manage to get my wallpaper ordered and it was delivered very quickly and I love it. I would recommend your company to others”

“I ordered a washable rug - which I really love. I had expected a flatweave type but it's actually beautifully soft and gorgeous colours and pattern. My only small criticism was that I couldn't find at all easily how long I should expect from order to delivery, so was hoping it wouldn't be months like some other companies. It took about 3 weeks but I still would have liked that info more evident at time of ordering. I still would have ordered this rug if I'd had to wait longer as it's better than I had hoped or seen elsewhere.”

“Excellent service on samples and the order arrived extremely quickly, despite covid. Fab website with masses of samples so anyone viewing bound to find what they are looking for. Heartily recommend them.”

“I was so pleased with how helpful the young lady (sorry can’t remember her name) was on the phone when I placed my order of Sanderson lark song, and she was able to get the fabric dispatched as quickly as possible for me. I’m very impressed with the service I received. I will come back to you again. Thanks for having such competent staff.”
