“We ordered 4 waterfall blinds and 3 large cushions. Very pleased with the price & quality of the goods and the service. The blinds were delayed slightly because the fabric sent from the manufacturer had a flaw in it. This was noticed by Jane Clayton who duly informed us that they were re-ordering the fabrics to ensure it was perfect. Easy to order on the website . Excellent.”

“Inspite of the rug being in stock according to websit. It has taken over 6 weeks for the delivery. I had to chase about the delay. No one from Claytons contacted me regarding the delay. I am very disappointed and will not be shopping with Claytons again.”

“I recently recieved 2 pairs of custom made curtains from Jane Clayton. I am very happy with the workmanship on them, and also with the customer service support when I ordered, as my original material choice was not in stock at first. I would have no hesitation in using or recommending the company again.”

“Awful, awful, awful. Jane Clayton has a really bad system that cannot confirm at the time of ordering whether your item is available. They take your money immediately and then weeks later tell you that your item is unavailable or worse discontinued. You then have to wait a lifetime for a refund. DO NOT USE.”

“I have previously ordered wallpaper from Jane Clayton. Always a very prompt service (pretty well by return) and the selection quite extraordinary. Now its my first port of call. This time I ordered a made to measure Roman Blind. It has recently arrived and is absolutely beautifully made. Perfect. However the timetable was far from that promised. A delay in accepting my order/payment. Approx 5 days. Which meant I joined the "making queue" late!! I was warned up to 8 weeks to manufacture. At 8 weeks no news/no contact from them so I chased. Received an apologetic email back but it was still another 2 and a half weeks before I was alerted to despatch. So from placing order to delivery it was over 3 calendar months. Of course WFH was blamed for the issues. But not good enough - we are told working from home is making companies more efficient. NOT in my experience.”
