“The service I received was impeccable. Likened to an old fashioned style customer service, sadly missing in today's environment. The quality of the merchandise was so pleasing. It was also well packed and prompt delivery. Cannot recommend highly enough. Seamus Hackett Tunbridge Wells.”

“I always use JC for my wallpaper orders. This time, however, I paid extra for a large sample and after a month had still not received it. I called to chase and spoke to someone very apologetic who said they'd request another one to be sent out. It never arrived either!! In the end I requested a refund for the sample and just had to risk buying the wallpaper without seeing a sample. Thankfully it is perfect for my needs, just a shame to have had the hassle with the samples which delayed my process quite significantly.”

“Great service. Although I gave an incorrect postcode it was corrected and notified to courier. Wish I could remember the name of the female who took my call. She was super efficient and very helpful.”

“I ordered two custom roman shades and could not have expected them to be as beautiful as they are. Absolutely exquisite job. I followed all of the instructions for measuring and they are an exact fit. The fantastic craftsmanship is really outstanding. And they arrived - via overseas shipment to the U.S. - a week earlier than promised. Thank you to the entire talented team!”

“Great fabric choice at a really favourable price . I ordered double the amount I had intended and called at the start of day after the bank holiday. Very courteous staff on the phone , all fine. An email arrived to confirm the correction and refund later that morning . If only more businesses were like Jane Clayton .”

“Very useful site - most samples are promptly delivered within 3 days, and materials come well packaged and accurately cut. Prices are also pretty good - look out for the reduced lines.”
