“My samples took a lot longer than they should have and I ordered my paper blind but staff were very helpful in making sure my order arrived in time for my decorator arriving. Thank you Louise”

“There was a long delivery time but the curtains are well made and look lovely. BUT they came without hooks - I tried to contact by phone but only answerphone available. Gave up and had to order from Amazon for next day delivery”

“Very happy with the quality and speed with which the three trims I ordered were delivered to France. One was out of stock so was slightly delayed, but I was kept well informed and it arrived in plenty of time for the project I was working on. Thank you and until the next time I need to order fabric/trim.”

“So far, very pleased with the look and feel of the fabric although I haven’t yet used it in my upholstery project. I see Our own Shetland wool is part of the composition, so very pleased with that! I also wish to mention the delivery being first class. Often the Scottish islands are discriminated against but not your company. An extra 5 stars for that. Delivery was fast and fair. Thank you”

“First time I have bought Made to measure Blinds Online. Excellent quality, very impressed with the finish and fit. Extensive range of fabrics available. Very easy to navigate the website backed up by first class service and advice over the phone. Had a problem with on of the blinds (my fault) -problem sorted very quickly with no fuss. I have ordered additional blinds. I will definitely buy again from Jane Clayton.”
