“Delighted with the gorgeous curtains - beautifully finished. The online guidance and in particular the advice I received over the phone before ordering was very helpful. Delivery was on time which was appreciated, but the courier only gave notice of the delivery slot on the day, half an hour before the four hour delivery slot it was due to expire. Notice the day before delivery would have been helpful. Fortunately we were in.”

“Beautiful Liberty upholstery fabric at the best price! Upon ordering it said shipping between 5-10 days, this was not met however, they did email me within this timeframe and updated me that the parcel would be delayed and why. Parcel arrived 15 working days after order and was well wrapped - rolled not folded, which is essential with velvet. Overall a fantastic buying experience.”

“Sizes not consistent, or the size ordered, patterns not matched, unusable curtains delivered with no conceivable way of fitting as advertised. To be fair the fabric is the best apect of the part order that was usable although not the correct size. The other part of the order has to be returned, and so far she is being difficult about it, failing to respond.”

“A perfectly made pair of large curtains with interlining. The only improvement would be better communication with customer informing of expected delivery day with the option to delay, if appropriate. Many people will likely be away on holidays, possibly away for a week or two.”

“I placed an order for 2 pairs of curtains and one roman blind to be made by Jane Clayton. They have been beautifully made. I am absolutely delighted with them. I truly would not use anyone else. “Had a good choice or various brands and price points, they just let themselves down on sending a sample I didn't order and missed the one which was my favourite choice on-line. However, their samples did arrive far earlier than their competitors.”
