“Unfortunately, I am missing three rolls of wallpaper from my delivery. I understand the current constraints in responding to customer queries due to COVID but not acknowledging phone calls or emails is unacceptable. I am at a loss at what to do next.......”

“Our rug arrived very promptly and was exactly as expected. I had telephoned the company and asked for a call back just before making the order. I didn't receive a call back but under the current circumstances I assume that service levels are possibly not up to the usual standard. However, very please with the rug.”

Everyone went out of their way to help me select fabric and to suggest companion fabric, answered all my questions within a reasonable amount of time, and were extremely patient with my long decision making process.
